We accept orders by phone, fax or mail. You may download and print out an order form, which may be faxed or mailed in to us. We can also generate orders from a faxed or mailed copy of your purchase order. Please be sure to include item numbers, descriptions and prices on your order to ensure accuracy.

CFKR accepts purchase orders, most major credit cards and checks. If you are paying by check, full payment must be received BEFORE the order can be shipped.
